Our Diabetes drive ran from September to November across various platforms, including radio, taxi rank WiFi, digital and social media. Activations were held across the country, at which over 100 people were tested a day and educated about Diabetes. Our Diabetes education video in partnership with Orlando Pirates went viral on TikTok!
aQuellé KHULA and East Coast Radio joined forces on Mandela Day to clean up with volunteers and community members. Approximately five hundred bags of litter were collected at the Durban harbour, Ntuzuma and Klaarwater townships, as well as Newcastle and Atteridgeville.
