aQuellé is a member of Polyco, the Producer Responsibility Organisation (PRO) for plastics. Polyco is focused on making waste a valuable resource that works for our economy. They aim to grow the collection and recycling of plastic packaging in South Africa, to promote the responsible use and reuse of this plastic packaging and to end plastic waste in the environment. Under the new EPR legislation, Polyco has committed to manage all plastic types; PET, HDPE, PVC, LDPE, PP Polystyrene and multi-layer plastics; and we look forward to working together with Polyco to Make Waste Work in South Africa.
